What We Do 

We take your files and transform them into engrave‑ready artwork tailored to the material you choose.

1. Review Your Photos & Notes – We evaluate clarity and reach out if better photos are needed.

2. Create Line-Art / Engraving Artwork – We prepare the image for the best contrast on slate, wood, etc.

3. Send you a Digital Proof (when requested or required) – See layout, text placement, and styling.

4. Make Revisions – One minor revision included; additional design time available if needed.

5. Engrave & Finish – Laser engraving, cleaning, and sealing.

What We Need From You!

High‑quality source images are the #1 factor in getting a great engraving. Please gather and upload the following when ordering.

1. Clear Photos of Your Pet(s)

Best results: sharp, well‑lit, high‑resolution, taken at or near pet eye level.

Please Avoid: screenshots, photos of printed photos, heavy filters, cropped/zoomed social media thumbnails.

Helpful Photo Tips:

• Natural light near a window or shaded outdoor light works great.

• Make sure the fur detail and eye shape are visible (no deep shadow across the face).

• Try to include the ear tips and full head shape; for full‑body engravings, include paws/tail.

• If you want multiple pets together but don’t have a group shot, separate, clear photos are fine—we can compose them.

• Upload the original file from your phone/camera when possible (not a screenshot of it).

2. Pet Details

Please include:

• Pet name(s) exactly as you want them engraved (caps, apostrophes, nicknames, etc.).

• Breed(s) or mix (helps us interpret fur texture, ear shape, and missing areas in photos).

• Short note about personality or any must‑include details (bow, collar tag, wings, halo, toy?).

3. Engraving Text / Inscription

Tell us what you want written. Examples:

4. Dates (Optional)

• Birth year / Gotcha day

• Memorial date

• Anniversary date

5. Layout Preferences

• Orientation: Portrait or Landscape

• Portrait only / Portrait + name / Portrait + full inscription

• Centered vs. off‑center composition

• Simple/decorative borders (vines, pawprints, frames, etc.)
